Royal Kente Cloth

Authentic hand-loomed Kente is delicate and requires professional handling to maintain its vibrant colors and structural integrity.

Cleaning

Professional dry cleaning is highly recommended. Never machine wash or soak your Kente as colors may bleed.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic bags; instead, wrap in acid-free tissue paper or a cotton garment bag.

Northern Smocks (Fugu)

Our smocks are woven from durable hand-spun cotton, but the traditional dyes require gentle handling.

Washing

Hand wash separately in cold water using a very mild detergent. Do not wring or twist the fabric.

Drying

Air dry in the shade. Direct sunlight can cause the rich traditional dyes to fade prematurely.

Heritage Crafts & Artifacts

From wooden carvings to beaded jewelry, each artifact is a piece of history that responds to its environment.

Wood & Metal

Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid household cleaners which can strip traditional finishes.

Beadwork

Wipe with a damp cloth if needed. Keep away from excessive moisture which can weaken the traditional threading.
